OPENING TIMES and Access
Monday to Friday: 10am-6pm
Sunday 10am-4pm (where we have a scheduled family performance).
The Box Office remains open prior to all performances and for a further 30 minutes after the start of each performance.
CORONAVIRUS (COVID 19)
Following on from the Government announcement on Monday 16th March 2020, The Civic will be closing to the public with immediate effect.
To protect the health and wellbeing of our community – our staff, volunteers, visitors and you – we are postponing all upcoming events until further notice. We will continue to review the situation and developments regarding COVID-19.
Our Box Office team will be contacting all customers with tickets booked with us for the current season. Please be patient with them; they will be especially busy at this time. Keep checking your emails and your phones.
If you are attending a performance later in the year, our social media platforms will be the best channels for keeping updated with any changes.
We apologise for any upset these postponements may cause, but our priority rests in ensuring that people stay safe. Many thanks for your understanding and continued support.

Our facilities include two accessible toilets, lift access to and from the auditorium, strong and approved handrails at both sides of staircase, wheelchair spaces offering front row facilities and an induction loop in the auditorium. Wheelchair users and people who are visually impaired are entitled to a free ticket for their carer/companion if requested. Guide dogs are welcome.
Please advice us of any access requirements you have at the time of booking your tickets.
