Canadian, globe-trotting funny man Craig Campbell to perform at The Civic
International comedian Craig Campbell is performing his newest stand up in Barnsley this March.
The majestic mountain moose in a tiger striped onesie brings his thrilling new show 'Easy Tiger' out of the Fringe jungle and onto the world stage for his 3rd solo tour.
“Loud, beautifully crafted tales of outsider adventure” Independent
Described as Canada’s answer to Billy Connolly, with a unique style that brings together whimsical tales and salty stories of sex, drugs and circumcision. Settle in for an evening of hilarity as Canada's furriest friend tells you his tales. (why the hell do your coffee shops close at 6pm!!!?? You don't even like coffee!?? This isn't your call to make!!)
Craig describes his show as “An hour and a half-ish of semi-autobiographical stand-up with moments of disillusionment I'd guess? And some begging I'd imagine. Holiday snaps.. and an operation story. Fun for everyone-ish.”
Craig recently supported Frankie Boyle for the third time on his national tour and was a hit on ALAN DAVIES’ As Yet Untitled (Dave). He's also performed on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC One), Russell Howard’s Good News (BBC Three), and was responsible for easing the contractions of an expectant mother who laughed so hard at his performance on Dave’s One Night Stand (Dave) - which detailed an encounter with a badger...her waters broke.
‘’A whirlwind hour of reflections and ruminations, structured and punctuated by some slick audience interaction'' The Herald
